The Mac people couldn't fix my hard drive Sekhmet, the PC people couldn't. My dad's friend at NIH has! Most of my files have been rescued, and he can try to get more off. A miracle....

~Karamula
For the first feature ever here I knew exactly the piece. "Whisper" by Karamula is rare art that communicates something to your soul. What amazes me is that Karamula makes these on an oekaki. Just goes to show that talent is really in the artist and not in the tools. Fluid and ethereal strokes are masterfully contrasted with details that seem to glitter, bubble up, and float. Movement, even though the shadows look as solid as stalagmites in a cavern. A profoundly original artist.
